2791 24th St, Sac, CA (Take 24th to 4th Avenue, turn left on 4th and then an immediate left into the Sierra 2 parking lot)
Class includes warm-up, isolations, drills, routines, floor work & cool-down! Learn great exercises to do on your own to start becoming a better partner. Wear comfortable shoes & clothing & get ready to work out!
